Build a version map from creative candidates to final delivery

Quick answer

Link descriptions, assets, selected versions and review notes so that collaboration causes fewer repeated generations and mistaken deliveries.

Decide what must be traceable

A project may include image candidates, video clips, voiceover and captions. Names such as “final” and “final2” make it hard to tell which narration belongs with which video.

Give each stage a simple identifier and record purpose, source and the reason for changes. The identifier need not be elaborate; you need to get from the delivered file back to its inputs and confirmation notes.

Turn feedback into specific checks

“Make it look better” cannot show that the next round solved anything. “Do not crop the subject,” “keep captions off the product” and “keep the face stable at the third second” are observable checks.

Keep confirmed requirements and do not silently overwrite old notes with new feedback. If a change fixes captions but damages the image, you need a path back to the previous version.

  1. List selected assets and their versions.
  2. Express feedback as observable conditions.
  3. Mark items resolved, unresolved or no longer required.

Let tool pages and the canvas do their respective jobs

In tokensmore.ai, tool pages suit input preparation and task submission; the canvas suits organising assets and notes side by side. Treat them as views of the same creative project instead of leaving decisions only in chat history.

Check actual task status, result files and saving separately. A demonstration image, preview or local draft does not establish that cloud saving or a generation task has completed.

Check delivery outside the editing environment

Reopen the final files and check images, sound, captions and naming. Ask another colleague to find the correct version using only the delivery notes; this reveals omissions the editor may overlook.

Include asset sources, usage restrictions and remaining issues, and never label an unpassed check as complete. A clear version map reduces mistakes and makes later language expansion easier to maintain.
