Keep the visual logic intact between first and last frames
Quick answer
Make the two reference images compatible in subject, viewpoint and action before testing the movement between them, reducing unnatural jumps.

Two attractive images may not form a single shot
A closed cardboard box becoming an open box is a describable action. If the ending instead changes to another room and product, the transition may require uncontrolled reconstruction.
Check the subject’s shape, color, viewpoint and lighting in both frames. Separate the intended action from accidental differences, and correct the latter before submission where possible.
Describe what happens in between
State that the lid slowly lifts while the box stays on the table and the camera remains fixed. Naming what changes and what stays stable makes evaluation clearer than simply asking for a “smooth transition.”
Some models or tools cannot accept both first and last frames. Check the inputs actually supported by the page. Do not borrow parameter names from another tool or assume an ordinary image upload constrains the final frame.
- Check the subject and viewpoint in both frames.
- Specify one main action.
- Confirm that the tool supports the required reference-frame inputs.
Inspect the intermediate frames
Review the start, middle and end, rather than comparing only the endpoints. Melting labels, suddenly appearing fingers or a briefly disappearing object call for another attempt or an editing workaround.
Put the first frame, last frame and candidate video together on the tokensmore.ai canvas, and record where failure occurs. This helps distinguish incompatible references from an overly complex motion brief.
Respect the limits of physical accuracy
Frame constraints can express direction, but they do not guarantee that every intermediate action follows real mechanics. For product demonstrations, check that the result represents the product accurately and use filmed footage where necessary.
Identify generated clips and real assets in delivery notes. Retain the inputs and selected version for future adjustments instead of keeping only a video with no context.
